I am subleasing my room, which is in a 2B/1B apartment in Urbana (105 N Busey Ave) for Fall 2026 (Sep - Dec, 2026). The living area, kitchen and bathroom spaces will be shared with my current roommate (who will be present for the fall).
All the utilities are included in the rent, with a 40$ electricity cap.
All the major departments are within walking distance, and there is excellent connectivity for public transit near this unit (including Gold, Silver, Cyan, Green).
