I am currently a graduate student renting out a 1bed/1bath on Clark Street. I will be graduating in December 2016 so I need to transfer my lease to someone for SPRING 2017. You will not be locked into renting for summer because we only did a 10 month lease. The rent price is $781 a month. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer in the apartment, a microwave, dishwasher, large bathroom with linen closet, two large closets, and a balcony. We also are willing to leave behind a lot of our stuff because we no longer will need it. These things would include: TV stand, coffee table, night stand tables, a few shelves, a desk chair, shower curtain, blinds, and a cabinet thing above the toilet. There may be other things we are willing to leave to help seal the deal. We will have paid for parking so we can just give you our parking pass for free. You will have to pay utilities (water and electric) but they are not very expensive. I have lived here for two years and really love it! It is also close to two bus stops where the Yellow, Brown, Teal, and Red stop.
