Subleasing Spring 2027 (February-(May or July -> Negotiable)) at West Quad Apartments. I have a Premium Deluxe 4x4, amenities include parking, sauna, pool, gym, library, study pods, lounge, premium access lounge, hot tub, sand volleyball court, and two elevators. Rent is $1050 base + roughly $80 in utilities, a transfer fee of $150 (negotiable), and finally indoor parking at $100. These are all on a month-by-month basis. The room and bathroom will come decorated, I just ask that a separate contract be signed for any possible damage done to my property is at the subleaser's fault.
