Hey everyone! Looking to sublease my one bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 x 4 at The Suites at Third for Spring/Summer 2027. Apartment is completely furnished and is right by Green St, so near all of the bus stops and restaurants.
I currently pay $994 for rent and utilities would only be $15-20 more, but I'm HIGHLY willing to negotiate this price.
