On Lincoln Avenue in Urbana, I have a bedroom available for sublease within a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor (WOMEN ONLY). This apartment building is right outside of campus, located near PAR and McKinley Health Center.
The unit includes one shared bathroom with plenty of shelf and counter space for personal belongings, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and AC units in each room to be controlled at your convenience and preference.
Roommates are UIUC students, very cleanly, considerate, communicative, and understanding. My bedroom faces west and includes a bed, desk and chair, dresser, and closet.
Can be available anytime, rent negotiable, parking available, contact me at my illinois email above
