    I'm looking to sublease 1 room for Spring/Summer 2017! The apartment is a 4 bedroom/1 bath on 1004 W Stoughton St in Urbana, IL. through Shlen's Apartments. Lease ends in August, but sublease could be just spring/summer or both.

    Close to engineering quad with the Silver, Gold, and Illini bus stops less than 5 minutes away.

    Fully furnished with kitchen, dining area and living area with a 42" LED TV.

    Total rent is $290/month (including a parking space) plus utilities. Willing to negotiate price.
