I will sublease 1 bedroom for the Spring semester and summer 2017. It is located on Second and Armory (Round Balconies), two bathrooms, two very spacious balconies, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. At the time 2 guys and 1 girl (all sophomores in College of Business) will live at the aparment. It is located 7min away from BIF and 10min to the Main Quad. I am willing to negotiate the price!
