I'm subleasing my spot at my 3br 1ba apartment in Champaign for the spring 2026 semester!
It's a fully renovated apartment with a really nice kitchen and bathroom. I have two female roommates who are super sweet and responsible. The apartment is only a couple blocks from Green st. (5 min walk from Kams!) and the 22 bus stop is just a two or three minute walk from the front door. Rent is $708/mo plus a small electric bill-- usually comes out to about $40 each.
