Hi everyone! I'm looking for a male to pick up my sublease in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment at E Chalmers for the Spring 2027 semester for $450/month including wifi, utilities, etc.
The apartment is two stories, with the room on the second floor and includes: in unit laundry, balcony, fully furnished, living room, kitchen space, and amenities.
Great walking distance to the quad, Green street, the ARC, and Memorial Stadium. Directly next to 22 Illini bus route station, connecting residents with all parts of campus easily.
Please reach out if interested!
