I am leasing a 1BR, 1 bathroom apartment on 1st and Green, right off of John. The rent is $740 a month (I am willing to negotiate) and includes heating, water and basic cable. There is also a free washer and dryer in the building. The apartment is furnished and very spacious. There is also a ton of closet space.
