I am subleasing my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for $1600/month (base rent only; electricity and water are the sublessee's responsibility). Alternatively, I am also looking for a roommate to rent their own bedroom and bathroom, with a shared living room and kitchen space. The apartment includes a patio, dishwasher, garage, trash removal, high ceilings and built-in internet. Sublessee rent for the room will be $800/month, plus we’ll split utilities.
