Looking to sublease this spacious, awesome, third floor loft bedroom in a charming Urbana duplex (a couple blocks off Lincoln - very close to campus!). There are four bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The three other girls living here are stellar, truly top notch. Rent is $450 and utilities are about $50, putting you at around $500/month... but we can talk about it more if you want. I'm open to letting for any time between mid-December and the end of the lease (which is the end of July). I can leave furnishings (bed, table) or take them! Two big chests of drawers come with the room.
