I'm looking for someone to sublease both my roomates room and mine for the Spring Semester and maybe through summer upon further discussion. The sublease includes your own private bathroom within the 2 bed/2bath apartment (one connected to room, other across the hall). The rent is base $1025 + $95 with parking(indoor), but is negotiable. Good location on campus and it's a short walk to green st. and the Ikenberry area. Not to mention plenty of bus spots nearby and 22S/N is right outside the apartment. There is in-unit laundry and dryer. The apartment comes fully furnished; and the kitchen has all essential applicances like microwave, fridge, oven, and more.
