- Lease term: JAN 2027 – MAY 2027
- Rent for Spring 2027: 842.50/month (includes water)
- Electrical bill separate
- Fully furnished with great amenities and a super convenient location near campus

If a male subleases, it will be an all-male apartment
If a female subleases, it will be 2 males and 2 females
