Right now, the same lease at Tower at Third (2 bed / 1 bath – Plan A) is going for $1039/month, but since I was able to sign early in the semester, my lease was only $849 per-month. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out with any questions. I am happy to answer them!

• All utilities included except water (usually around $20–$25/month depending on usage, and my water usage has been VERY liberal, so I would not worry about water)
• Laundry machines are in the basement (~$2.50 per wash + dry)
• No issues with AC, and maintenance has always been super responsive (usually reaching out the next business day)
Also, Red Lion is really close by, which is great if you like going out, as it’s one of the biggest bars in CU. At the same time, the sound insulation at Tower is amazing, so there is never really a bother by noise from outside or from neighbors.
