Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking to sublease our rooms in a 3x3 apartment at Burnham 310 for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. We are ideally looking for full-year leases, but we are absolutely open to semester-long leases (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027) if we can't find full-year takers!
HUGE PERK: There is a third bedroom/bathroom in this unit, but NO ONE will be living there. If you and a friend take the two available rooms, you will have the entire, massive 3x3 apartment completely to yourselves with ultimate privacy. (Alternatively, if you have a third person who wants to join, that spot is technically empty too!).

- Rent: $930/month (willing to negotiate!)
