Hey everyone! I'm currently looking to sublease my 4 bed / 2 bath apartment for both Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters. The apartment is located on 105 S Wright, which is right next to the engineering quad. Far East Grocery, Circle K, and routes 4,20, and 24 bus stops are also very close by. I'm looking for a male who would be interested in taking over my lease, since all other roommates are male.
Rent would be $633.75 with all utilities included except for electricity.
