We have a 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath house in Urbana (off campus). It's a little over 3 miles from the UI main library, less than 3 miles to Carle Hospital, just a few blocks from Meadowbrook Park, and close to several bus routes on a quiet, residential street.
We are an international bunch, including U.S. professionals working at Carle Hospital, plus grad students and visiting scholars from around the world. We have one room available beginning September 8 for long-term guests such as visiting scholars, interns, or professionals on assignment in Champaign-Urbana. The minimum stay is one month, but we love longer-term guests in town for the semester or the whole academic year.
The rent includes all utilities, internet, and cleaning service. The room rents for $700/month with discounts for an academic-year lease.
