Hi. I’m looking for a female sublease for the second bedroom in my apartment for one or two semesters. The apartment is one block from a 13 Silver and 10 Gold stop, and two blocks from a 22 Illini stop and the engineering campus. The rent is $425/mo and utilities are separate. The apartment is furnished, and I have a fully stocked kitchen, so there is no need to buy dishes or furniture. Parking is available under the building at $50/mo. Laundry is separate in the building. Must be clean, non-smoker, pet-friendly.
