Hey everyone! I'm looking to sublease my room at South 4th St starting this January for the Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 semesters. Here are the details:
- Apartment Layout: 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (you will get your own bathroom and room)
- Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher, heating, complimentary coffee at reception, gym, pool, table tennis, a small arcade area, 8-ball pool table, rooftop access, on-site garage, surveillance, and study rooms on each floor.
- Location: Perfectly situated at a 10-minute walk from the Engineering Quad and just a 2-minute walk from County Market. Plus, there's a bus stop right across the street for easy access to the Union, ARC, CRCE, Costco, Walmart, and more!
- Rent: Current rent is $980 + utilities, but I am willing to sublet for around $600 (with utilities)
