Both my roommate and I are looking for someone to sublease our individual leases in our 2B/2B unit in January 2026. We are exchange students who rented the apartment for a full year and have two individual leases which run until August 1, 2026.
Our apartment is fully furnished. We have equipped the apartment with all the essentials - dishes, shower curtain, towels, etc. So it is perfect for any incoming exchange students.
Discounted rent: $750 per person (originally $950 incl. utilities)
