My roommates and I are studying abroad during the Spring semester and are looking for two people to take over our remaining leases. It is a four bedroom, two bath apartment with many amenities including: balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, parking, and is very close to campus. It is located on 2nd St in Champaign, and rent is 665$, though I would be willing to negotiate a large discount. We are primarily looking for females to take over our leases.
