Looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment at 1st and Daniel for the spring or spring/summer of 2018. Rent is $415 (negotiable), but utilities are not included. Parking spot is also available at an additional cost. I have three female roommates, so looking for another female.
