This is a single bedroom. Very spacuous. Utlities are not included but I am willing to work our an argeement to split the utlities bill if you like. Right off green street and all its tasty restaurants and fun bars. Also County Market is right on the corner so no need to travel far for groceries or anything really! Also 5 mins from the main quad.
