We have a 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath house in Urbana. It's a little over 3 miles from the UI main library, less than 3 miles to Carle Hospital, just a few blocks from Meadowbrook Park, and close to several bus routes on a quiet, residential street. We are an international bunch, including U.S. professionals working at Carle Hospital, plus a UI assistant professor, and visiting scholars from around the world. We have one room available now through early May for long-term guests such as visiting scholars, interns, or professionals on assignment in Champaign-Urbana. The minimum stay is one month; longer is preferred. The rent is $350 per month plus one-fifth share in utilities, internet, and cleaning service for common areas, which comes to a total of $500/month all inclusive. Looking forward to house dinners!
