I'm subletting my room in a five-bedroom house at 514 West High Street in Urbana for the upcoming spring 2018 semester and/or summer 2018. There are four other roommates, all male. The house is really nice - plenty of room to live in but too small for large parties, so it's still in good condition. Includes a washer and dryer in the basement, central A/C, and a parking spot available.The location's good, too. It's right next to the Green bus stop at Green and Orchard, and only a few blocks off campus.
I'm asking a negotiable $430/month, utilities included.
