This apartment is out of campus, so it is really quiet. 22S bus runs every 10 minutes here which can take you to the north of campus(engineering part) in 8~10 minutes. If you have a car, then great, you get free parking here.
The other roommate is a cool and friendly Chinese guy, and I believe you will be really easy to get along well with each other.
