Hello! My roommate and I are looking to sublease our 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment between May 17th through the duration of the lease (July 31st).
The apartment is on the first floor and uses a key fob to get into the main door and into the apartment.
The apartment will be $1880 for the whole apartment or ($940 per person), and $138 total ($69 per person) for fiber internet, water, garbage, recycling and sewer.
We have a parking spot that’s $70 that is outdoors and a 3 minute walk away.
