Subletting my room at S Fourth for January through May (or June) and looking for a female subleaser. Rent is $850/month and includes free garage parking, which is a huge perk on campus. The building has a gym and a study lounge, and it’s extremely close to the Quad, so you can get to class in minutes. Dates and rent are both flexible, so if you need to start later or end earlier, message me and we can work something out. Feel free to reach out to set up a tour, and please share with anyone who might be looking.
