I’m looking to sublease my room in my apartment at Green Street Towers (616 E. Green Street, Champaign, IL 61820) for the Spring 2024 semester (January-July). The rent is $748.75 per month without utilities (utilities usually cost around $30 per month) and I’m willing to pay the last month of rent in August. The apartment is 4 bed 2 bath and will be all female roommates. The building has a great location that is right across from Alma Mater/The Quad as well as Mia Za’s and other restaurants on Green Street.
