We are three guys and one girl looking for a fifth person for the Spring 2019 semester! We have a great house just one block east of Lincoln Avenue, one of the main streets of campus. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the main quad, 10-15 minutes to either the north or south quad. The room will come with a bed, a desk, a walk-in closet and a few other things.
The house has one upstairs porch and one downstairs porch, a HUGE living room, furnished with nice couches and a big TV, a large kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, two fridges, gas stove, a shared driveway with the next door neighbors, and a nice dining room/bar room (YES, the house comes with a bar :).
I'm a grad student in crop sciences, and the other three are undergrads in engineering, music and journalism! We like to maintain a clean house, but we like to have a community environment and hang out/have dinner together sometimes too! $450 for the month is much less than the average for what we are getting here, and we have a landlord who actually comes to fix stuff when it's broken, quick too!
Forgot to mention: we have a working fireplace!
