   - Fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath property

  - Internet, trash, electricity, water included with a cap

   - Walk in pantry

  -  In-unit washer/dryer

   - Plenty of storage in kitchen and bedroom

  - Huge closet, dresser, desk, desk chair, double bed, nightstand all included in bedroom

  - Huge balcony

  Rent: $730 / month, but willing to negotiate
