The studio comes furnished and includes a private bathroom, full kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, fiber internet, secure digital entry, and elevator access. The building also has a package room, collaboration space, and yoga room.
This could be a good fit for an exchange, international, visiting, or returning UIUC student who needs their own apartment for Spring 2027 without roommates.

The sublease will be completed officially through University Group. The prospective sublessee will submit University Group’s rental application and complete their approval/credit-check process. Payments are made through University Group rather than privately to me.
