Hello everyone. I would like to sublease a 1-bedroom in a 4-bed 2-bath apartment for the spring and/or summer semester 2026. Dates would be between January-May or January-August (also negotiable if you have some other preference). There are currently 3 other roommates (all male).
The rent is at a discounted price of $550 per person every month, including internet. Electricity + water are not included, but end up being a total of around $70 per person.
