I am subleasing one bedroom in a cozy 4 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located near Krannert Performing Center for Spring 2019. Subleasing is offered from Janurary to August. The apartment's monthly rent is $315 plus amenities, containing a full kitchen, open dining room/living room, in-unit washer/dryer, and private balcony. It is located near shopping and dining, a 220 bus stop, and about a 10 minute walk to the Main Quad. You will be living with three friendly seniors. A Female subleaser would be preffered.
