Move in possible ANYTIME in November, December or January (latest). Lease goes until August 3rd, 2019. Priority given to people moving in November or December.

- 5 minute walk to Engineering Campus, 12 minute walk to Main Quad or Green Street. Several bus stops very close (less than 5 minutes away: 6, 7, 10, 13, 22 - 5 is about 7 minutes away)
- Room is fully furnished (full-sized bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet).
- Renovated very recently, just before we first moved in last August!
- Washer & dryer inside the apartment!
- All utilities (incl. power, water, trash, sewer, recycling and high-speed internet) included (with reasonable cap on water)!
- Kitchen fully equipped, lots of space in the cabinets!
- LCD TV and couches in the living room, sunny balcony available. Quiet apartment building complex!
- 2 male roommates living in the other 2 bedrooms (1 grad student, 1 already graduated and working full-time). Gender of my replacement doesn't matter though.
- No pets.
- Parking spot available!
