Hello I am subletting my 1 bed and bath in a 2 bed and bath aprtment at one south rent is $585 a month with $100 off first months rent electricity is not included but there is a $40 dollar cap on the bill. There is free parking and the bus stop is right in front of the apartment complex only 10 minutes away from campus by bus. There is one other roomate you can move in as early as mid-december. The sublease is for January-July 2019.
