Hello! I’m subleasing a single room in a four bed two bath apartment. It’s on second and armory so it’s super close to the arc and like a ten minute walk from campus. We have some really nice girls filling the other three rooms so if you’re interested in having a nice living environment this would be good 🐞. Rent is $665 a month which is pretty good (we got it cheaper bc it was our second year living here) but it’s also negotiable! We also have a balcony which I personally find very nice and a parking lot/garage. Also super nice neighbors who’ve we’ve become friends with its like a little community so let me know if interested!
