Hello everybody, I am subleasing a room in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment for the Spring 2019 semester.
The address is 202 E. Chalmers St, Unit 204, Champaign, IL.
Location is on Frat Park in the middle of campus, which is a ten minute walk from the quad and just a few minute walk from Green Street.
I am leasing the best room in the apartment as well--you will have your own bathroom (with shower) and plenty of space in the room itself. Other rooms are occupied by my three roommates, all 3 are male UIUC sophomores. The apartment will be available starting in December at the end of the semester.
The rent is about $550/month. Utilities are included, as well as an in-unit washing machine and dryer for laundry, full kitchen, etc.
