This is a penthouse apartment with two floors, the room that will be subleased is a room on the upper floor. It comes with an in unit washer and dryer, high ceilings, and modern furnishing.
There are two other male roommates who are my trusted friends, they are guarnteed to make you laugh!
There are grocery stores very close to the apartment, and the bus stop is less than a block away. It is also close to green street and the engineering quad to meet commuting needs.
Sublease is from January 2025 to May 2025 but summer is also an option.
