Looking for someone to sublease for the spring semester of 2027! Rent is $995 per month and water and electricity are separate and are projected to be $60 a month. Bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, desk/chair, and fan. Its a 4x2 unit so there are three other girls there as well also looking for subleases!
