Hi! I will be studying abroad in the Spring 2024 semester. I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4x2 apartment at 1002 South Second Street. I live with 3 other students - one of which will be abroad next semester as well. The two remaining roommates are both male and are organized and very friendly.
- Rent is $535 without utilities. The utility build is split up amongst the 4 tenets. For perspective - my utility bill for last month came out to $8.
- The unit comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, electric range, fridge. There is a parking garage below the building for $55 a month (willing to negotiate).
- It is located right next to Washington (Frat) Park, making it very close to the ARC, and about a 10 minute walk to the quad. The unit is a 5 minute walk to Green Street as well.
