Hi everyone! I am subleasing my apart for the school year of 2025-2026 because I will be graduating early. It is located on S 3rd St (Yugo Champaign). This apartment is a short walk from the main quad, shops, restaurants, and nightlife on Green Street. The apartment is on the first floor, making it one of the most spacious and convenient units in the building, with an amazing view facing directly to Scott Park. It also features many great amenities, including an in-unit washer/dryer, gym, a courtyard, etc. The apartment was renovated 2 years ago, so everything is brand new, from the countertops, furniture, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. The bedrooms are spacious with a queen-size bed, study table, closet, nightstand, and under-bed storage. This is a 4x2 unit and Females only. And not to mention that because the building was just purchased and renovated, prices are not as high as an apartment with this location and amenities should cost. The rent is $710 with utilities included, except for electricity (the building pays an electricity cap, so the bill varies between 10-15 dollars per month during the summer).
