A fully furnished 2BDR unit is available for rent during Summer alone, or if you wish to continue during the Fall and Spring as well. During summer you have the entire unit for $500 (including all utilities and internet); during the academic year you wil have 1 BDR and the other BDR will be used by a visitng faculty who only ocassionaly comes through the town. The unit includes a full bathroom and a kitchenette and dining area, and is located four blocks from downtown Champaign and close to direct bus to campus. It is on the third floor of a historic building with its own independent access from the street.
