I am looking to sublease my room for the Spring 2026 semester, as I will be studying abroad. The other 3 roommates are males, so I am looking for a male to take over the lease.
Rent is $800 monthly (negotiable), and includes all utilities (electric, water, WiFi, etc)
The unit is 4 bedrooms and 2 bath.
Bedroom fully furnished with full bed, desk and chair, ceiling fan, and window shades.
Living room and kitchen is also fully furnished. Living room has a working TV, a couch, end tables, coffee table. Kitchen has all appliances, including a blender, microwave, toaster, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, and in unit washer/dryer.
The unit is very conveniently located on Green Street and is just a 10 minute walk to the main quad as well as the engineering quad.
