Hi! I'm subleasing my room on Western (1 of 4, 3 bathrooms) for Summer 2025, from May 17 to July 31st (unfortunately non-negotiable to extend). All utilities are included; there's a gym, a courtyard and a balcony, and in-unit laundry. It's right across from ISR and the engineering quad. Parking available for 100 a month, although there's also free parking on the street. $700 each per month (usually $800 plus utilities, willing to negotiate). Please dm for more info!!
