I will not be on campus this summer so I am subleasing my apartment for the summer. It is a 2b2b (bathroom is in your room) and I am looking for one person for my part of the lease. Rent is ~$1,200 a month but I will be giving a discount of 20% ($960/month) and can negotiate more if needed. There is an in-unit laundry and sky lounge. I will give out more details if needed!
