Rent is $581 a month but I am willing to negotiate (this does not include utilities which come out about $40 a month).
The apartment is fully furnished, has an in unit washer and dryer, with a bus stop conveniently located near by.
There are 3 other roommates, one senior and two juniors who are all super sweet and friendly girls.
Sublease is from January 2025 until May 2025 but I am open to Summer 2025 sublease if interested.
