The apartment has been newly renovated, with plenty of storage, 2 shared bathrooms among the 4 bedrooms, and plenty of shared living space. This is a fully furnished sublease and utilities are included, so the new renter only needs to bring personal belongings. Rent is $650/month negotiable . Utilities included are Water, Trash, Internet, Recycling and Sewage. Washer/Dryer is in the unit. All my room mates will be out during this period so the apartment will be all yours.
