Subleasing large 1BR apartment in building 308 at Country Fair Apartments. I love living here, but I'm a student and am leaving early to move to a cheaper unit with a friend. I want to move as soon as possible, but I need to sublease first. I am currently paying $609/month, but if you pay the landlord entire rent at time of lease (April to July is four months), I will cover the last $300, which makes your rent $534/month! (and March would, of course, be free) Lease ends 7/31/13, but you can renew if you want. Country Fair requires a $100 application fee to do a background check, but the process is very quick.
Rent includes heat, trash, water, Comcast Cable TV and Comcast High Speed Internet.
Does not include electricity, which is running me $30/month in winter (max) and about $75/month in high summer with the A/C on all day long.
My apartment is mid-level with hardwood floors everywhere except kitchen and bathroom. The living space and bedroom are HUGE, with great storage spaces throughout (i.e., giant closets). Pet fee is $200 for one dog (under 35lbs); 2 dogs is the max. Cats are allowed, but I don't know the fee.
Big windows overlook lovely courtyard and let in a lot of light. Neighbors are very friendly. Area is very safe, and conveniently located to two different County Markets, as well as great restaurants.
Free parking, and washer/dryer is coin-operated but on the same floor as my apartment (about ten feet away from me!).
Country Fair includes a pool, a tennis court, playground, and dog walk areas (with doggie bags). Bus stop very close by for the Green, Orange, Brown, and Blue.
